The 2020 M1 Air with a 7-core GPU has broken-device options. Some older configurations are bulk-only or cannot be purchased. In that M1 model’s working grades, Good allows light body scratches and shiny keys; Poor covers heavy wear, deep scratches or large dents. Report functional faults separately. Select your exact Air and describe all issues rather than assuming damage qualifies.
A missing, damaged or non-genuine Apple charger can reduce the offer. Back up files, turn off Find My, remove account or firmware locks, and have your organization remove management restrictions.
